Meet Andrea

I believe healthy living should create more freedom—not more stress.
When I first walked into a gym in high school, I had no idea what I was doing and honestly, I was nervous and completely out of my comfort zone. Hiring a personal trainer for my senior project gave me someone to guide me, teach me how to move with intention, and help me feel comfortable in a space where everyone else seemed to know what they were doing.
That support changed the way I saw myself in that environment. I learned that confidence doesn’t have to come first. It can be built through guidance, practice, and having someone in your corner.
That experience changed the course of my life.
Nearly twenty years later, after coaching thousands of people with different goals, bodies, challenges, and seasons of life, I’ve realized something that completely changed the way I coach.
Most people don’t need more information.
They need less overwhelm.
They need fewer decisions.
They need someone who helps them build a healthy lifestyle that works with their life instead of constantly fighting against it.
That belief has shaped the way I coach—and the way Fit by Roscoe has grown over the years.
Whether it’s personal training, The Well Built Method, recovery, or community experiences, the foundation is the same:
Structure creates freedom.
When you stop trying to be perfect, stop chasing the newest trend, and start building simple systems that fit your season of life, consistency becomes possible.
My coaching isn’t about asking you to fit into someone else’s plan.
It’s about building a plan that fits you.
No matter how we work together, my mission is the same:
To help you build confidence through competence, reduce decisions, and create a healthier rhythm that you can sustain for life.
Because health should reduce stress, not create it.
