Andrea (our founder) is a Master Trainer & has been personal training for over 14 years. She specializes in Strength Training, Stretching & Mobility, and HIIT classes. She has limited availability for one on one clients. Contact for more info.

Vanessa B.

Class instructor

An avid enthusiast for physical fitness, and a firm believer in PMA (positive mental attitude), Vanessa has spent most of her life being active and enjoys challenging herself. Before becoming a mom, Vanessa was a devotee of hot hatha yoga. Three years of dedicated daily practice taught her the whole-body benefits of stretching and breathing. After her son was born (he’s eight and active, you might see him in class!) Vanessa returned to her first love, long distance running. She has run 410 days in a row; multiple half marathons; 15, 10 and 5Ks. With the impact of the pandemic, she shifted her focus to strength training and has learned her body can do much more than she ever thought it could. Vanessa recently won a Torch Bearer award at her day job for her efforts in encouraging others to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. She brings to class a genuinely personal passion for helping others reach their fitness goals.


Yoga Instructor

Brittany’s personal commitment to a yogic lifestyle began over 20 years ago but grew well beyond her own practice. Her experience includes board leadership at a yoga non-profit, teaching group classes indoors and on water, and leading continuing education and 200-hr trainings. Her classes are a welcome space for student individuality and customization, with many layers for restoration, exploration, and challenge. Ultimately, her goal is that students walk away feeling more aligned and attuned to their physical, mental, and emotional state. When not teaching yoga Brittany chases around her toddler, enjoys coffee, and travels whenever possible.
